All orders are insured by the US Post Office and USP and we ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions.

You will typically receive your kit  7-10 business days from the day you place your order. We CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. If you have not received your order within 24 hours of your expected delivery date, based on your tracking info. please contact the US Post Office with your tracking number. They can assist in locating and delivering any missing packages
